Retirees' Council

The Retiree Council usually meets the second Sunday of every month at 1:00 p.m. at Laborers Local 652. If there is a change in meeting dates a notice will be sent out.

•Join the Retirees Club

Trips* Dinners*Partys* Just $10.00 per year or $1.00 per meeting

•Vote during the Union Election
•Derecho a votar en las Elecciones del Local.
•Attend regular Membership meetings
•Derecho a estar presente en las reunions de la Membresia.

Retiree Death Benefit

There was an increase to the Retiree Death Benefit from $1,500 to $4,000.  Effective January 1, 2010 for all elegible participants.


Retirees Union Dues/ Check-Off/ Direct Deposit

Retirees Union Dues: Retirees over the age of 62 dues are $10.00 per month. Retirees under the age of 62 dues are $16.00 per month.

All retirees paying one year worth Union Dues and Retirees that sign up for Union Dues Check-Off Authorization will be eligible to receive a free jacket. Please contact our Local Union for sizes and colors.

Retirees Dues Check Off

Do you need help maintaining your membership and keeping in good standing? If your answer is yes, you can do so by filling out the Retiree Union Dues Check-off Authorization form. Signing the form authorizes the Construction Laborers Pension Trust, and Laborers National Pension
Fund to deduct the amount of your monthly dues and send it to the Local Union to pay your dues. You can visit our Local Union Office and ask for a Union Dues Check-Off Authorization from.


Pension Benefit Direct Deposit


This service authorizes the Trust to direct deposit your monthly pension benefit directly into your bank account. Often we hear of Pension Checks not being delivered due to bad addresses or for other unforeseen reasons. With Direct Deposit you can be  assured that your money is available to you by the 1st of each month.Direct deposit forms must be filled out by your bank representative. You can visit our Local Union Office and ask for a direct deposit form.
