July 1, 2011 Increases
Beginning July 1, 2011, an increase in wages in benefits will take place. Per the Master Labor Agreement, the District Council of Laborer has allocated $2.00 increase as follows: $1.00 per hour to Health and Welfare, $ .96 per hour to Wages and $ .04 per hour will go to Laborers Trusts’ Administrative Trust Fund.

Labor Foreman should be paid $1.75 per hour over highest paid Laborer under his supervision.
