Laborers Stand With Grocery Workers
Our very own Robert Ruiz, Secretary Treasurer delivers a statement in front of over 700 grocery worker supporters . "Every day management wants more and more, enough is enough." Over 62,000 UFCW members are working on an expired contract since March 6th. Albertsons, Ralphs and Vons have proposed a shift of $450 million in health care costs to their employees. These corporations made over $5 billion in profits over the past three years! Talk to your local grocery cashiers and let them know you stand with them!
